Our work is driven by a passion for innovation and creating a global impact in the world of sport. Our product, Protern.io, is used by national teams and sport federations across North America and Europe.
We have established strong relationships with our customers and partners around the globe. You will regularly find a Proskida team member at a world cup in Scandinavia, on a trail in the Rockies, or a Swiss gondola working with our customers learning how we can improve our products
As a remote-first company, a day working at Proskida often starts with our 9am PST standup over Slack. The rest of our workday tends to be less structured as we believe the diversity of a team is its strength, and that diversity may mean varied work styles and approaches. It's not unusual for one of us to duck out to go to help lace skates for our kid's class outing, or head out for a mid-day hike, or simply have a nap (who doesn't love naps).
Professionally, you'll get to work with a team dedicated to changing the world of individual sport. We are in an industry with some well-funded competitors, but our team is scrappy and driven. At least once a year, the Proskida team gets together in the mountains with our more innovative customers to brainstorm ways to make our products better.
